Liberal-Globalist Europeans Throw a Fit Over Common-Sense Statement by VP Vance About Foreign Troops in Ukraine – WATCH What He Really Said

J.D. Vance said nothing wrong.

The liberal-Globalist Europeans apparently have taken a page off the detestable US Democrat Party on how to face the US administration of Donald J. Trump: they run amok, go berserk and get beside themselves with whatever they think someone may or not have said.

Someone needs to tell them how well this works for the Dems.

The current object of their perpetual outrage is Vice President JD Vance, who apparently has ‘struck a nerve with key allies in the UK and France’.

Why? Because during his long Monday evening interview with Fox News Channel’s Sean Hannity, Vance argued the undisputable point that a US-Ukraine minerals deal would work a more practical deterrent against Russian President Vladimir Putin than a peacekeeping force that includes ‘some random country’.

Zelensky walked back his previous position and will sign the Mineral rights deal – essentially proving that Vance is right.

Associated Press reported:

“Vance said the economic pact with Kiev sought by President Donald Trump ‘is a way better security guarantee than 20,000 troops from some random country that hasn’t fought a war in 30 or 40 years’.

[…] The Republican vice president did not mention any particular country in his skeptical comments about a potential peacekeeping mission. But the “random country” comment was seen by some lawmakers and government officials in the U.K. and France as a slight that discounted both countries’ partnership with the U.S. military in conflict zones over the last 25 years.”

Eurocrats mad at what was not said by VP Vance.

So the Liberal-Globalists are using the good old ‘strawman’ tactic, a fallacy in which you misrepresent your opponent’s statements, and then set about trashing what he did not say.

The pathetic British and French are now outraged by what Vance did not say, reminding the world their work after 9-11, in Iraq, Afghanistan and against Islamic State.

“Vance on Tuesday took to social media to try to head off the criticism by noting that he didn’t name any countries in the TV interview. He also applauded Britain and France for fighting ‘bravely alongside the US over the last 20 years, and beyond’.”

Watch what VP Vance said, and come to your own conclusion:

Hope is not a strategy to bring peace to Ukraine.

The only person in town who seems to have a strategy is President Donald J. Trump. pic.twitter.com/Tuitz2ZJ8R

Vance: And here’s the thing, you know, when you would talk to the Biden administration officials in private, it’s another example of a terrible situation that Biden admin left the Trump administration. When you ask them, what’s the plan? Okay, we’re going to spend tens of billions of dollars, hundreds of billions of dollars in Ukraine. What is your plan? And they would honestly tell you, well, we’re just going to send them weapons for as long as we can and hope eventually, they can turn the tide.

Hope is not a strategy. Throwing money and ammunition at a strategy. The only guy in town with a strategy is the president of the United States and everybody needs to follow his lead.

Hannity: What scares me is Zelensky when he says it’s going to go on for years, how many more lives are going to be lost? He’s not going to have a country to save. The minerals deal would have provided the monies to rebuild their country and a strong U.S. presence and maybe European troops as well. And this is, this is an important part of it.

Vance: The president knows that, look, if you want real security guarantees, if you want to actually ensure that Vladimir Putin does not invade Ukraine again, the very best security guarantee is to give Americans economic upside in the future of Ukraine. That is a way better security guarantee than 20,000 troops from some random country that hasn’t fought a war in 30 or 40 years. The security guarantee and also the economic guarantee for Ukraine is to rebuild the country and ensure that America has a long-term interest.

You’re not going to do that if you come to the Oval Office, insult the president and refuse to follow his plan for peace.”
