There may still be hope for the United Kingdom.

Nigel Farage, leader of the Reform Party, has pledged to appoint a “Minister for Deportations” if his party succeeds in the next general election.

During a speech in Dover on Wednesday, Farage echoed the Trump administrations policy of mass deportations of illegal aliens.

“We will appoint – we will demand this Government does the same – that there is a minister for deportations,” Farage said.

“It will be part of the Home Office, but it will be a separate department within it.”

“What I’m calling for isn’t actually anything particularly radical. It’s actually just common sense,” he continued.

“It’s what most countries in the world do: you want to go and live there, you want to go and settle there?

“You have to meet a set of criteria, and that country chooses, are you the right person, or are you not?”

Farage added that he will provide a “more detailed policy on how we will actually carry out those deportations” in a few weeks time.

Like so many European countries, Britain has been overrun by mass immigration over the past two decades, with a particular explosion in its Muslim population as people come to settle from Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Middle East and many different parts of Africa.

While previous governments have promised to bring down both legal and illegal immigration, the numbers have continued to soar as anger among the native population continues to rise.

Despite only getting five MPs at the last general election due to the nature of Britain’s First-Past-the-Post voting system, opinion polls are increasingly showing that Farage’s party is in pole position to form the next government.

However, they will likely still need to wait four years in order to take that opportunity after the Labour Party won a significant majority in the election that took place last July.
