Portland Woman Who Bravely Confronted Antifa Anarchists Says She is Suing the City for Failing to Protect the Community

After weeks of lawless chaos brought on by Antifa thugs occupying the area outside a local ICE facility, a brave Portland woman has stepped forward — not just to confront the masked agitators face-to-face, but to take legal action against a city that she says has utterly abandoned its residents.

The woman, who walks with a cane and lives near the ICE building, reached her breaking point after nearly a month of relentless noise, fireworks, and intimidation tactics used by Antifa radicals masquerading as “protesters.”

In a now-viral video, she tears into the crowd, shouting “You’re worse than ICE!” and exchanging fiery words with the group who seemed rattled by the fact that one of their favored “intersectional” identities—disabled, black, woman—wasn’t playing along with their narrative.

But this brave woman isn’t stopping at a viral confrontation — she’s lawyering up.

As reported by Katie Daviscourt of The Post Millennial, the woman has filed a lawsuit against the City of Portland, citing its refusal to enforce laws already on the books and its blatant favoritism toward radical left-wing agitators.

Daviscourt wrote:

The Portland resident who confronted Antifa and announced a lawsuit against the city on Friday for refusing to take action against the unlawful occupation outside the ICE facility has issued the following statement to Post Millennial:

“For nearly a month we’ve endured a level of noise that violates local and state laws. I have called police and they won’t come protect us.

They’ve set up an entire process for how to report noise and firework violations for the 4th of July but they leave us here trapped in nightly torture from noise way worse than fireworks.

People have been generous in trying to help me raise money to leave…but I learned it isn’t that easy. There aren’t many low income units I can just move into and as a woman with a disability and no transportation, moving is going to be difficult. I’m pretty much trapped for the time being until I can find a place to go.

So I have hired an attorney to help me take back the peace in my community.

Everyone has a right to protest and I think protesting is an important way to make yourself heard. But someone’s right to protest must be balanced by the rights of others.

Portland police have picked a side and it’s not the side of the people who live in the community who are being harmed.”
