Last week, The Gateway Pundit reported on a claim by former FBI Agent Kyle Seraphin, a member of “The Suspendables,” that all of the Executive Assistant Directors (EADs) were to be terminated if they hadn’t resigned by Monday, Feb. 3rd.
There are six EADs in the FBI, according to Seraphin, and they are below the Director, Deputy Director and Associate Deputy Director.
Seraphin also said he was told by his sources that around 25 of the Special Agents in Charge were given the same ultimatum. This would account for almost half of the 55 FBI Field Offices around the country.
According to an email from acting Director Brian Driscoll and reviewed by The Gateway Pundit, each field office is required to submit a list of all personnel, current and former, who were involved in January 6th investigations/prosecutions by noon on Tuesday, February 4th.
This news has the Trump-hating hacks at the FBI in a panic.
On Sunday, Acting FBI Director Brian Driscoll was reportedly refusing to give the names of the officials involved in January 6 cases and Trump investigations.
Brian Driscoll is currently serving as Acting FBI Director as Trump nominee Kash Patel awaits confirmation.
CNN reported that “At least six FBI leaders” have been removed or told to resign by Monday.
President Trump fired the head of the FBI Washington Field Office, David Sundberg, canned 20 other heads of offices. As many as 88 FBI officials were marched out of their offices on Friday.
So now there are reports that FBI agents are planning a protest on Monday at the Washington DC headquarters.
Does anyone believe these horrible partisan cowards will have the guts to protest in public?

Apparently, if this FBI protest takes place, it may be against the Hatch Act.
DOGE: FBI agents are barred by 5 U.S.C. § 7311 from striking against the government, and the Hatch Act prohibits political protests on duty. Walking off the job in protest of the president would violate federal law, undermine national security, and erode public trust. Agents who… pic.twitter.com/46SPntwiTu
