Far-left New York Attorney General Letitia James is targeting Trump once again.
Letitia James on Monday told hospitals to defy President Trump’s Executive Order on sex change surgeries for minors. She argued prohibiting sex changes for minors would violate New York State law.
President Trump last week signed an Executive Order to protect children from being mutilated by doctors.
Trump’s Executive Order, “Protecting Children From Chemical And Surgical Mutilation” comes after children have been abused and mutilated by doctors.
Letitia James previously joined a lawsuit with other Democrat state attorneys general to block Trump’s federal funding freeze.

New York Attorney General Letitia James warned hospitals on Monday not to follow President Donald Trump’s directive to prohibit sex-change procedures for minors, arguing that doing so would violate state law.
Trump’s executive order (EO), which was signed last week, was titled “Protecting Children From Chemical And Surgical Mutilation.” Its aim is to restrict “chemical and surgical” sex-change procedures for minors.
“Across the country today, medical professionals are maiming and sterilizing a growing number of impressionable children under the radical and false claim that adults can change a child’s sex through a series of irreversible medical interventions,” the EO states. “This dangerous trend will be a stain on our Nation’s history, and it must end.”
The declaration goes on to state that the U.S. “will not fund, sponsor, promote, assist, or support the so-called ‘transition’ of a child from one sex to another.”
Recall that Letitia James vowed to continue to go after President Trump after he won the presidential election in a landslide.
Letitia James was completely unhinged during her press conference in November.
“So here we are. We’ve studied their platforms. We’ve identified certain possibilities, fact patterns. We’ve created contingency plans,” she said. “So no matter what the next administration throws at us, we are ready. We are ready to respond to their attacks.”
After targeting Trump with a bogus civil fraud case, Letitia James accused Trump of being the one seeking revenge.
“We did not expect this result, but we are prepared to respond to this result. We are prepared to fight back once again,” Letitia James said.
“This is not the time to be fearful, New York. But faithful. And steadfast. Knowing that I as the attorney general, along with my entire team, we are guardians of the law. And we are prepared, my friends, to fight back,” she said.
